Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Holiday Tracel mobile application ("App"), provided by the app owner ("we", "us", "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the App
You may use the App for personal, non-commercial travel tracking and backup purposes. You agree not to misuse the App, reverse engineer it, or use it in a way that violates applicable laws.
2. Google Drive Backup Feature
If you connect Google Drive, the App requests permission to create and manage files created by this App
using the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file scope.
- The App accesses only files it creates or files explicitly selected/managed through the App flow.
- You can disconnect Google Drive at any time from within the App.
- You remain responsible for your Google account and Drive storage usage.
3. User Data
You are responsible for the content you store in the App and in your backups. We do not guarantee recovery of lost data. You should maintain your own backup strategy.
4. Availability and Changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may also update these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
5. Third-Party Services
The App may rely on third-party services (for example Google APIs). Their availability and terms are controlled by those providers and may affect App functionality.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any data loss, arising from your use of the App.
8. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may restrict or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
