Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the OneTapChange mobile application ("App"), provided by the app owner ("we", "us", "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the App
You may use the App to create profiles and macros that automate interactions in other apps and system settings using the accessibility service you enable. You agree not to misuse the App, reverse engineer it, or use it in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party terms of service.
2. Accessibility service
The App requires you to enable an accessibility service to read on-screen UI and perform actions you configure. You are responsible for reviewing what the service can access and for macros you create or run.
- Automation runs only for profiles and macros you define.
- You can disable the accessibility service at any time in Android system settings.
- We are not responsible for unintended actions caused by misconfigured macros.
3. Premium and cloud recipes
Optional Premium is a one-time purchase via Google Play that may unlock cloud layout recipe downloads. Recipes are provided as anonymous structural data and are offered without guarantee for every app version.
- Premium status is tied to your Google Play account.
- Cloud availability may change or be discontinued.
- Refunds follow Google Play refund policies.
4. User data
You are responsible for the macros and profiles you store in the App. We do not guarantee recovery of lost data. You should maintain your own backup strategy where appropriate.
5. Availability and changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may also update these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
6. Third-party services
The App may rely on third-party services (for example Google Play Billing). Their availability and terms are controlled by those providers and may affect App functionality.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any data loss, arising from your use of the App.
9. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may restrict or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
