Privacy Policy
This privacy policy applies to the Score & Dice app (the “Application”) for Android devices, provided by the app owner (the “Service Provider”). The Application is intended for use “AS IS”.
Overview
Score & Dice is an offline-first board-game scoring and tabletop utility. Player names, colours, scores, game history, notes, and local backups are stored on your device. The Application does not require an account and does not sync your games to a Service Provider cloud.
Information collection and use
Depending on how you use the Application, the following may apply:
- Local app data: player roster, scores, rounds, presets, timers, dice history, theme choice, and settings — stored locally (on-device database and preferences).
- Optional exports: if you use Pro export, CSV, PDF, or JSON files are written on your device and shared only when you choose a share target.
- Purchases: lifetime Pro unlocks are processed by Google Play Billing. The Application receives purchase status to unlock Pro features; the Service Provider does not receive your payment card details.
The Application does not gather precise location information about your mobile device.
Data that stays on your device
- Player names, colours, avatars, and scores
- Game sessions, rankings, notes, and the undo/redo score log
- JSON backups you create or restore
- Theme and Pro-status preferences
Network use
Scoring, dice, timers, and history work without an internet connection. Network access is used for Google Play services related to purchasing and restoring Pro. The Service Provider does not operate a Score & Dice cloud backend for your games.
Third-party access
Google Play may process purchase-related data under Google’s own terms and privacy policy. The Service Provider may disclose information only where required by law, or in good faith to protect rights, safety, or investigate fraud.
Opt-out and deletion
You can stop all use of the Application by uninstalling it. Uninstalling removes local Application data from the device according to the operating system.

Data retention
Local data remains on your device for as long as you keep the Application installed (and any backups you export). The Service Provider does not retain a cloud copy of your games.
Children
The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Application, contact mheek_apps@pm.me.
Security
The Service Provider aims to protect information processed by the Application through appropriate technical and organisational measures for an offline-first local app. No method of storage is perfectly secure.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

By using the Application, you consent to processing as described in this Privacy Policy, as amended from time to time.
