Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Score & Dice mobile application (“App”), provided by the app owner (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the App
Score & Dice helps you keep board-game scores and use tabletop utilities (dice, timers, starter chooser). You agree not to misuse the App, reverse engineer it (except where permitted by law), or use it in a way that violates applicable laws.
- Scores and rankings are a convenience tool — you remain responsible for house rules at the table.
- The App is not a gambling product and does not process real-money bets.
2. Free and Pro features
The free tier includes up to 4 players per game, the last 3 finished sessions, D6 and D20, a basic timer, and Light / Dark / OLED themes. Score & Dice Pro is an optional lifetime in-app purchase via Google Play that may unlock up to 12 players, unlimited history, analytics, CSV/PDF/JSON export, full polyhedral dice, finger chooser, chess clock, and exclusive tabletop themes.
- Pro status is tied to your Google Play account and purchase records.
- Refunds follow Google Play refund policies.
- Feature availability may change with App updates.
3. User data and backups
You are responsible for data you enter and for any JSON backups you export or restore. We do not guarantee recovery of lost local data. Maintain your own backups where appropriate.
4. Availability and changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may also update these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
5. Third-party services
The App may rely on third-party services (notably Google Play Billing). Their availability and terms are controlled by those providers and may affect App functionality.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any data loss arising from your use of the App.
8. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may restrict or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
