This privacy policy applies to the DivePlanner app (the "Application") for mobile devices provided by Mheek-Apps (the "Service Provider") as a free service. The Application is intended for use "AS IS".

Information Collection and Use

DivePlanner is designed to work mainly on-device. We do not intentionally collect personally identifiable information through normal app usage.

The Application may process technical information such as:

• Basic device/app diagnostics needed by Android or Google Play
• Crash and error reports provided by platform services

Third-Party Services

The Application may rely on platform services such as Google Play infrastructure to distribute and update the app.

Data Retention

Dive planning inputs are stored locally on your device when applicable. If you uninstall the app, local app data is removed according to your device settings.

Children's Privacy

The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 years of age.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information processed by the app and rely on Android platform security controls.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page.
