By using DivePlanner (the "App"), provided by Mheek-Apps, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Intended Use

DivePlanner is an educational and planning aid for recreational diving. It does not replace formal training, dive tables, dive computers, or safe dive practices.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for all dive decisions and profile verification.
You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes.
You must not attempt unauthorized access or reverse engineering.

4. Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, or discontinue app features at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

5. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mheek-Apps is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from app use or reliance on calculations.
