Privacy Policy
This privacy policy applies to the HomePulse app (the “Application”) for Android, provided by Mheek-Apps (the “Service Provider”). The Application is intended for use “AS IS”.
Summary
HomePulse is offline-first. Your devices, maintenance tasks, history, and preferences are stored locally on your device. The Service Provider does not operate a HomePulse user account system and does not receive your household data as part of normal app use.
Data stored on your device
Depending on how you use the Application, it may store on your device:
- Devices, locations, maintenance tasks, intervals, and due dates
- Completion / snooze history and related notes
- App settings (language, theme, font size, dark mode)
- Optional attachments you add (photos or files) when using Pro features
- Optional local backups or PDF exports you create
- Purchase entitlement state for HomePulse Pro (via Google Play Billing on device)
If you uninstall the Application or clear its data, local data may be permanently deleted unless you previously exported or backed it up yourself.
Optional network use
Internet access is not required for core offline use. When online, the Application may:
- Contact Google Play Billing services to offer, restore, or verify the one-time HomePulse Pro product.
The Application does not upload your device list, tasks, or attachments to servers operated by the Service Provider.
Notifications and alarms
If you enable reminders, the Application may schedule local notifications and (where permitted by the operating system) exact alarms so due tasks can surface on time. Notification content is generated on your device from your local data.
Permissions
Depending on features you use, the Application may request:
- Notifications — optional due reminders
- Exact alarms / schedule exact alarm — optional precise reminder timing (falls back if not granted)
- Boot completed — to reschedule reminders after device restart
- Photos / files (optional) — only if you attach media to a device (Pro)
- Billing — Google Play purchases
Children
The Application is not directed at children. Do not use the Application if you are not allowed to do so under applicable law.
Data sharing and sale
The Service Provider does not sell your household or maintenance data. Data leaves your device only when you initiate optional network features (Google Play Billing) or when you yourself share or export files (for example a backup or PDF you create).

Those services have their own privacy policies.
Security
We design the Application to keep your data on-device. No method of electronic storage is 100% secure. Protect your device with a lock screen, and treat unencrypted backups and exports as sensitive.
Your rights and choices
Because most data stays on your device, you can export, delete, or clear it through the Application and Android system settings. For privacy questions about the Application, contact mheek_apps@pm.me.
Changes
