Terms of Service
By downloading or using HomePulse (the “Application”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application for personal household maintenance tracking on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and Google Play’s terms.
Not professional advice
HomePulse is a productivity reminder tool. Intervals, due dates, templates, and status labels are helpers only. They are not safety, repair, manufacturer, or professional service advice. Always follow device manuals and qualified technicians where required. You remain responsible for the condition and maintenance of your equipment.
Your data and backups
You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter and for creating backups if you need them. Unencrypted exports, backups, and attachments may contain personal household information. Store them securely.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Application, including attempts to reverse engineer, disrupt services, or use it in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party terms of service.
HomePulse Pro / purchases
Optional Pro features may be offered as a one-time in-app product through Google Play Billing
(product id homepulse_pro). Purchases, refunds, and restore flows are handled by Google Play
under Google’s policies. Pro features may change over time as the Application evolves.
Reminders
Notifications depend on device settings, battery optimizations, and operating-system alarm permissions. The Application cannot guarantee delivery of every reminder under all device conditions.
Third-party services
The Application may use Google Play Billing for purchases and distribution. Availability and terms of those services are controlled by Google.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Application is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, property damage, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Application or from missed reminders.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms published at https://pfyblick.ch/homepulse/terms.html.
