Terms of Service
By downloading or using PaceTrack (the “Application”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.
Licence
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Application for personal training planning on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and Google Play’s terms.
Not medical or coaching advice
PaceTrack is a pace calculator and planning helper. Calculated paces, splits, and Grade Adjusted Pace (GAP) estimates are tools only. They are not medical, coaching, or safety advice. You remain responsible for your training decisions and for exercising within your own limits.
Your data
Preferences and last-used values are stored locally on your device. You are responsible for any plans you export (clipboard or CSV) and for where you share them. We do not guarantee recovery of lost local data.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Application, including attempts to reverse engineer it, disrupt related services, or use it in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party terms of service.
PaceTrack Pro / purchases
Optional Pro features may be offered as a one-time in-app product through Google Play Billing
(product id pacetrack_pro). Purchases, refunds, and restore flows are handled by Google Play
under Google’s policies. Pro features may change over time as the Application evolves.
Third-party services
The Application may rely on Google Play Billing for purchases. Availability and terms are controlled by Google and may affect Pro unlock behaviour.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Application is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Calculated values may contain rounding or model limitations.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or training outcomes arising from your use of the Application.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms published at https://pfyblick.ch/pacetrack/terms.html.
