Terms of Service
By downloading or using ShipPulse (the “Application”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Application for personal or internal project monitoring on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and Google Play’s terms.
What the Application is (and is not)
ShipPulse is a convenience viewer for GitHub repository activity you connect. It is not an official GitHub product, not a full replacement for GitHub’s website or apps, and not professional DevOps, security, or compliance advice. You remain responsible for how you use repository credentials and for decisions based on information shown in the Application.
Your credentials and acceptable use
You must only connect repositories and tokens you are authorised to use. You agree not to misuse the Application, including attempts to reverse engineer it, disrupt services, or use it in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party terms (including GitHub’s).
Voluntary tips
The Application is free to use. An optional “Buy me a coffee” tip may be offered as a consumable
in-app product through Google Play Billing (product id buy_me_a_coffee).
Tips do not unlock paid features. Purchases and refunds are handled by Google Play under Google’s policies.
Third-party services
The Application relies on GitHub and Google Play. Availability, accuracy, rate limits, and outages of those services are outside the Service Provider’s control.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Application is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Application, missed alerts, or incorrect repository information.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms published at https://pfyblick.ch/shippulse/terms.html.
