Terms of Service
By downloading or using SoloStack (the “Application”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application for personal or internal business bookkeeping on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and Google Play’s terms.
Not financial, tax, or legal advice
SoloStack is a productivity tool. Pot splits, tax percentages, margins, goals, and reports are estimates and helpers only. They are not accounting, tax, investment, or legal advice. You remain responsible for your books, filings, and decisions. Consult a qualified professional where needed.
Your data and backups
You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter and for creating backups if you need them. Unencrypted exports may contain sensitive financial information and receipt images. Store them securely.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Application, including attempts to reverse engineer, disrupt services, or use it in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party terms of service.
SoloStack PRO / purchases
Optional PRO features may be offered as a one-time in-app product through Google Play Billing
(product id solostack_pro). Purchases, refunds, and restore flows are handled by Google Play
under Google’s policies. PRO features may change over time as the Application evolves.
Third-party services
Optional features may use third-party services (for example exchange-rate APIs, Google Play Billing, or cloud providers you configure). Their availability and terms are controlled by those parties.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Application is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Application.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms published at https://pfyblick.ch/solostack/terms.html.
